During State of Play in September 2023, Bandai Namco unveiled a trailer Tales of Arise: Beyond the DawnJRPG has a new expansion coming out on all platforms like PC, PS5, PS4, Xbox Series 9 November 2023.
There is little information for now, but we learn from the video that the DLC has been installed. One year after the end of the conflict between Dahna and Rena and will once again feature Alphen, Shionne, and all other main characters from the base game. Players will meet Nazamil, who is hunted by the people of Dahna as the daughter of a Rhine Lord, but in reality, she seems to be hiding other secrets as well.
We also learn from the video that it is Beyond the Dawn. there will be no standalone DLC and so you’ll need a copy of Tales of Arise to play it.
Tales of Arise is an action JRPG released in September 2021. The game takes place in a fantasy world divided between two planets: Dahna and Rena. The heroes are Alphen, a young Dahn slave who feels no pain, and Shionne, a Rhine girl who causes pain to those who touch her. The two, along with other characters, team up to fight against the cruel Lords of Rhine, who have been oppressing the people of Dahna for centuries.
