It’s not easy to interpret, but the short video sequence looks like the first teaser for Mortal Kombat 12, although it’s unclear what it means. The fact that the video starts right after Ed BoonSpeaking of Mortal Kombat and its 30 years of activity in full, the head of the series says “and we’re not done yet”, seeming to really refer to a new chapter.
The sequence appears to show some sort of magnification of a grain of salt or sand dripping from what could be an hourglass. The crystal explodes, emitting a kind of miniature big bang and that’s it. We’ll have to wait for more information on this.
On the other hand, while the official promotion of Mortal Kombat 12 is expected to be made in the coming period, there are some rumors that they will like it within the PlayStation Showcase, which is expected between May-June (according to rumors).
