In an interview with GamingBolt, producer Harald Riegler Lord of the Rings: Gollum revealed some of the details. resolution, frame rate and graphics modes will be available at launch PS5 and Xbox Series X.
On this occasion, Riegler confirmed that the game is aimed at solutions. 1440p and “constant 60fps” On both PS5 and Xbox Series X, and on both consoles, gamers will be able to choose graphics modes to prioritize framerate or resolution. Unfortunately, the producer hasn’t added any more details on this last point, so it’s not clear whether we can expect a 1080p preset with, for example, 4K at 30fps and/or unlocked frame rates above 60fps.
There is also no information about the Xbox Series S version of Lord of the Rings: Gollum, and the PS4 and Xbox One versions, which are predicted to not go beyond the classic 900-1080p and 30fps in any case. In any case, to know the exact details about it, all that remains is to wait for further official communication and technical analysis.
