Monster Hunter: WIi U and 3DS installments will soon disappear online along with other Capcom games

Capcom announced end of support for online features of various episodes of the series monster hunterfirst published on: 3DS and Wii U, two Nintendo consoles. In addition, the servers of other games for the same platforms will also be closed due to the end of support provided by Nintendo.

Online availability of the following games will end in April 2024. Please note that offline features will remain unchanged, including: local multiplayerhowever, you will no longer be able to download additional content and use all functions that require a connection.

Monster Hunter 4 Ultimate will lose online

The episodes of the Monster Hunter series that will lose online support are as follows:

Monster Hunter 3 Ultimate for 3DS,
Monster Hunter 3 Ultimate for Wii U,
Ultimate Package Transfer Tools for Monster Hunter 3 Wii U,
Monster Hunter 4 Ultimate for 3DS,
Monster Hunter Generations for 3DS,
Monster Hunter Stories for 3DS,
Monster Hunter Generations/XX Data Transfer Save App for 3DS.

Super Street Fighter IV: 3D Edition for 3DS
Resident Evil: Soldiers of Fortune 3D for 3DS
Dungeons & Dragons for Wii U: Chronicles of Mystara
DuckTales Remastered for Wii U
