Developer Eric ‘ConcernedApe’ Barone, upcoming 1.6 update related to Stardew Valley will make modding much easier and more powerful. This is news that will definitely please the game modder community.
Stardew Valley now dates back to 2016, but has come a long way and enriched itself since then. new content and gathering a community of passionate modders that expand the features and experience in many ways.
So Eric’Anxious MonkeyBarone decided to create a patch dedicated to modders first and foremost, as he himself explained in a tweet:
“Stardew will be update 1.6. It will mostly bring changes for modders (make mod development easier and more powerful). But there will also be new game content, albeit much less than in update 1.5. I’ll look into developing Haunted Chocolatier to work on this update. I’m giving it away, so I’ll be back.”
Unfortunately, Barone did not explain in detail what the new features introduced for modders will be. Let’s imagine more powerful tools to dig deeper into the game. However, details for the new content are also missing. We’ll see what they are.
